Ward 11

Ward 11 is located in the South Central part of Minneapolis and includes 9 neighborhoods: Tangletown, Field, Page, Hale, Northrop, Diamond Lake, Wenonah, Windom, and Kingfield.  Click here for a more detailed map.

In addition to its many parks, schools and libraries, the 11th Ward is home to several major developments, initiatives and distinguishing features; Redesign of Lyndale Avenue, Insulation from Airport Noise, improving the Water Quality in Lakes, Diamond Lake, Minnehaha Parkway, Washburn Water Tower, and the Creekside Commons development.

There are several challenges/issues facing the 11th Ward: airport noise, traffic speeds, highway construction, public safety, and property taxes that I work to resolve on a daily basis. For more information about any of these issues, or projects, please call my office at (612) 673-2211.
